A solid and very stiff arm that doubles as a handle. Does actually have a bit of movement, and will let you adjust your light in 35-45% degrees. The arm has YS adapter and most lights fit directly on the top which is very handy. Along with the arm, you get the T-mount adaptor that the arms fit onto.
